Due to the current instability of cross-border shipping between China and the US, as well as the sharp rise in logistics costs, we can no longer afford the high shipping fees and the heavy compensation costs caused by lost packages. At the same time, we do not wish to pass these costs on to you by increasing product prices.
After careful consideration, we have decided to indefinitely suspend our live streams starting from May. Whether we will resume broadcasting in the future will be announced separately. We sincerely thank all our customers and fans for your care and support over the past year or more.
Over this period, we have successfully delivered more than 100,000 packages and received so much love and encouragement. It is our greatest wish that every one of you can find the dolls you love, and that our products bring you joy, emotion, and surprise.
Of course, international shipping comes with many uncertainties. Some of you have unfortunately experienced lost packages along the way. We have always done our best to provide the highest level of service, but we know that sometimes things may still fall short. As the founder of the brand and the head of the team, I sincerely say sorry to each of you.
Our departure may be a temporary goodbye. There may be rumors or speculations of various kinds, but for now, we are no longer associated with any statements or actions other than our own. We simply have no energy left to respond to them. The only thing we can promise – and the only thing that truly matters – is that we will fulfill all product deliveries and after‑sales services properly. We hope to see you again someday!

As for the items from our pre‑closing clearance sale, we promise to choose reliable logistics partners and ensure safe delivery.
For all products purchased before May, the after‑sales service period will be extended to July 15. If an order is delayed by customs inspection and has not been delivered within 60 days, we will issue a full refund.
